Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middx (one being of the Quorum) bearing date
the 25th. day of June 1784 Nathaniel West< no role >
was removed & Conveyed from & out of the
Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch in the sd County
unto the sd Parish of St Martins Outwich
in the City of London the sd Justices thereby
Adjudging the last legal Settlemt of the sd
Nathl West< no role > to be in the Parish of St. Martins
Outwich
