Benjamin Hill< no role > of Church Street in the Parish of
Saint George in the Borough of Southwark Carpenter
maketh Oath and saith that he this Deponent was
present at athe Quild hall of the City of London on Tuesday
the Second Day of June last when the said Defendant
John Dore Hill< no role > was Examined by Francis Deviase< no role > Isaac
Bargrave
< no role > and Francis Woodhouse< no role > the Commissioners in
a Commission of Bankruptcy awarded against the said in
Defendant and that such Examination not being to the
Satisfaction of the said Commissioners he this Deponent did
see the said Defendant conveyed to the Kings Bench
Prison by Order of the said Commissioners in Custody of Mr.
Sherfield Holloway< no role > a Tipstaff belonging to one of the Judges
of his Majesty's Court of Kings Bench And this Deponent
further saith that he was at the Kings Bench Prison
this Morning and did [..] see the said Defendant in the
said Prison as a Prisoner in the Custody of the Marshall
of the same Prison and the said Defendant informed this
Deponent that he should perfect his Examination some Day
next week and then hoped to be at Liberty or expressed
himself in Words to that or the like Effect.
