Edward Browne< no role > for an assault

John Samuel< no role > of King Street Saint James Glazier Maketh Oath that
he hath Used Every Possible Means in his Power to find out the
Prosecutor in this Cause in order to have Serv'd him with the Not [..]
of tryal hereunto Annexed Notwithstanding which hath not been
Able meet with him so to do and Saith that he was informed
the said Prosecutor Worked at Epsom in the County of Surry
that he [..] in consequence of such Information, [..] made a
Journey thither in Order to have Served him with the Said Notice
but con'd not meet will him there.
