and Saith That John Brennon< no role > is a Material Witness

Indictment and without whose Testimoney he Cannot Safely
Just himself upon his Trial And this Deponent further
Saith he hath made frequent and Diligent Inquiries a

a Witness in his Behalf on his said Trial And that this
Depont. hath thereupon been Informed and verily Believes
