The Information of John Draper< no role > of. Hersham in the County
of Surry Broommaker

Who saith upon his Oath that on the third
Day of February last he was at the Swan Alehouse at Hanworth
in the County of Middlesex who the person now in Custody who says his
names in Richard Leopard [..] asked him if he would
sell the ware [..] which hethen hethis Deponent then had in his [..]
that hereplied he would and aked him five pounds & Five Shillings
for her and after some conversation the said Richard Leopard said
to this Deponent that if he Would go with him to Sunbury if they
Could agree for the price he would pay for her when that should
come to Sunbury and that as thay wereofon the road between
Hanworth and Sunbury the said Richard Leopard< no role > asked
him this Deponent to let him ride the said Mare to try her
that he this deponent let the said Richard Leopard< no role > mount the
said Mare and as they were going on towards Sunbury this
Deponent seleping forward to open a gate on the road the
said Richard Leopard turnedthe sa [..] round with the said
More and Galloped away with her towardSunburyHanworth.
and that he hath not seen the said Man since or heard where
she is
