and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
with in the Liberty of Westminster
in the said County.

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order and or
the Hands and Seals of

bearing date the 31st. Day of

living now gone from her and their three Children, to wit

aged Eleven Years

aged five Years and

aged Eighteen months were removed from the
Parish of St. James with in the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
in the said Liberty and County as the
place of their last legal Settlement Whereby Your
Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and Appeal
to this Court against the same.
Therefore Humbly pray this Court will
please to appoint a time for hearing & determining
the said appeal and that all Persons concerned may
then attend
