To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Session
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Christ Church in the County
of Middlesex aforesaid

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of Besford Camper< no role > and David
Wilmot
< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County [..]
September 1770. Frances Fores< no role > and [..]
Children namely John< no role > aged about Six years and for Ja [..]
Aged about four Years were removed from the said
Parish of Christ Church to the Parish of Saint
Margaret in the City of Westminster to get [..] with
the said Frances Fores as the place of her [..] legal
Settlement for Martur That no Appeal wa [..]
had to the said Order That Never thereto by a [..]
Warrant or Orders under the hands and Seals of
George Stubbs< no role > and William Kelynge< no role > Esquires two
of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the County
of Middlesex aforesaid bearing date the 27 day of
Chil [..] 1770 John and James< no role > the Bastard
from the said Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster
to the said Parish of Christ Church be the place of
their Legal Settlement That your Petitioners
think themselves Aggrieved by the last above
Recited Order of Removal

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly [..]
Appeal against the last reacted Order of
Removal And Pray that this Court
will please to appoint a day in this
Present Session for the hearing and
