At the General Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said County
on Monday the Third day of December in the Eleventh
Year of the Reign of King George the Third Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. James
with in Liberty of Wesrminster in the County of
Middlesex on Notice of this Appeal And all Persons
concerned do attend this Court in Thursday the
Sixth Day of December instant at Ten of the Clock
in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of the same Court touching the
within Appeal
