of the peace for the County of Middlesex
at the General Quarter Session of the
peace assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens.
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
Giles without Cripplegate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seals of Nicholas Spencer< no role > and Samuel
Peirson
< no role > two Of his Majesties Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum)
bearing date The Third Day of February 1764 Elizabeth
Hunter
< no role > Spinster was removed from the parish of Saint
Margaret in the City of Westminster To the said parish
of Saint Giles Cripplegate in the City of London as the
place of her last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners Conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order and humbly appeal
against the same

Your petitioners therefore humbly
pray that your Worships Will he
pleased to appoint a Day of this
present Session that all parties
Concerned may Attend to hear And
abide the Judgment & determinacon
of this Court touching the said
appeal

and your petrs Shall pray Etc
