At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holder for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid
on Monday the Twentieth Day of February 1764.

In the fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the third King of Grent Britain France and
Ireland Defender of the Faith

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwarden and Overseer of the
Poor of the parish of Saint Margaret in the City of Westminster have Notice
of this appeal and that they and all persons Concerned Do Attend this Court
on Thursday next at eight-of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear
and abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court touching the said
appeal
