was appointed by the said John Chilton< no role > to Assign or turn over
your Petr. as aforesd.

That all Parties met according to the aforesaid
appointment when the said John Chilton< no role > refused to turn
over your Petr. to the said Mr. Jurket although it was his
own Proposal so to do and then insisted the said Mr. Jurket
should then forthwith deliver up your Petr. to him the Sd
John Chilton< no role > otherwise he wod. sue the said Mr. Jurket
for keeping and detaining him against the Consent of him
the said John Chilton< no role > and the said John Chilton< no role > hath
likewise threatned your Petr. that if your Petr. Shall
refuse to return again and live with him he will send
your Petr. to Gaol

Your Petr. therefore most humbly pray
that he may be discharged from the
Said Indenture and may have such
further and other relief in the premisses as to
your Worships shall seem meet.

And your Petr. shall ever Pray Etc

At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden for
the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County
aforesaid on Monday the Twentyth day of February in the Fourth year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered That John Chilton< no role > the Master abovementioned have Notice of this
Petition and that he and all Parties concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at
Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same day and then and there to hear and abide
the Judgement and Determination of this Court touching the matters contained in the
said Petition.
