We whose Names are Subscribed two of the Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Giles in the fields in the County of Middlesex Do hereby
Consent that the Recognizance Entred into by James Tiffany< no role > and his
Sureties before Benjamin Cox< no role > Esquire one of His Majesty's Justices of
the peace for the said County for the Personal Appearance of the
said James Tiffany< no role > at the last General Quarter Sessions of the
peace held for the said County to answer our Complaint for
begetting Mary Pool< no role > Singlewoman with Child where with She was
then pregnant and likely to be Born a Bastard and to become
Chargeable to the said parish may be Discharged, the said James
Tiffany
< no role > having made Satisfaction tous for the Charges which the
said parish has already been or may be put unto on Account of
the said Child Dated the 18th. day of Feby. 1764
