To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex at their General Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint John of Wapping in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the Hands
and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex (one whereby being of the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty Second
day of January in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven Hundred and
Sixty three Sarah Garland< no role > This name instance is in set 439. This set is in the group(s): MothersPS . Widow was Removed from the Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
Saint John of Wapping Adjudging the last legal Place of Settlement of
the said Sarah Garland< no role > to be there And Your Petitioners Conceiving
themselves Aggrieved by the said Order and Judgment of the said Justices do
humbly Appeal therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly
pray that your Worships would be Pleased to Appoint some day in this
Present Sessions And that your Worships will make an Order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Leonard
Shoreditch and all Parties Concerned in and About the Premisses may then and
there hear and Abide the final Determination of your Worships therein

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc,
