Said Justices and render [..]
his Support and Maintenance till further Order of his Majesties said Justices And do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the Sheriff of the
said County for the time being or his Order for the Use of his Majesties King George the third his Heirs and Successors All such Sum and sums of Money as
have been or shall be imposed or set for any fine or fines by his Ma [..] Justices of the peace in Sessions Assembled on any Prissoner or prisoners committed to the
Said Prison and which shall or without the wilful Default of the said James Ellmore< no role > may at any time or times be received by him or his Servants during such time as
he shall have the Care of the said Prison And also if the said James Ellmore< no role > his Executors or Administrators do and shall likewise well and truly Account with
and pay or cause to be paid to the Clerk of the Peace of the said County or his Deputy for the time being all such fees as the said James Ellmore< no role > or his respective
Servants or any other Person or Persons for him shall or without his or their wilfull Default may during the time he shall continue in the Care or Custody of
the said Prison receive for the Use of such Clerk of the Peace of any of the Prisoners as aforesaid And also allow unto the said John Turner< no role > during his
residence at his said House of Correction the said Weekly Sum of twenty six shillings a week weekly until further Order of his Majesties said Justices and
also the Use of the Keepers House And if the said James Ellmore< no role > shall well and truly preserve and keep the Several Goods Utensils Moveables and Fixtures
of and belonging to the said House of Correction in the same good State and Condition they now are reasonable wear only excepted And when and as soon as the
said James Ellmore< no role > shall be Dismissed from the Care or Custody of the said House of Correction forthwith Peaceably Quit and Deliver up the Possession of
the said House of Correction and the goods and Wensils thereunto belonging in good plight and Condition together with all Prisoners remaining Un discharged
in such manner as shall be required of him by his Majesties said Justices in Session Assembled or to to such keeper as shall be by them Nominated and appointed
And if the said James Ellmore< no role > shall Continue in the Care or keeping of the said House of Coreeection to the time of his Death then if his Executors or Administrators
Do forthwith Deliver all the said Goods and Utensils belonging to the said House of Correction together with the said Prisoners as aforesaid without any loss hurt
Imbezzlement or Escape Then this Obligation to be Void or else to stand and remain in full force Strength and Virtue
