To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Christ Church in the County
or Middlesex and to the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch
in the said County of Middlesex .

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Christ Church
unto us whose Hands and Seals are hereunto
set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace (whereof one is of
the Quorum) for the County aforesaid,
that.
Margaret Williams< no role > Singlewoman
lately intruded into your said Parish of Christ Church
there to inhabit as a Parishioner, contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, and is there like to become charge-
able, if not timely prevented: AND WHEREAS, upon due Ex-
amination and Enquiry made into the Premisses,
it appears unto Us, and we accordingly adjudge, that the said
Margaret Williams< no role >
like to become chargeable unto the said Parish of Christ
Church and that he last legal Place of
Settlement of the said Margaret Williams< no role >
is in the Parish of
St Leonard Shoreditch aforesaid

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require
you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Christ Church aforesaid, that you
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the said
Margt. Williams< no role > from your said Parish of Christ
Church to the said Parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch and her deliver
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some
or one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a
true Copy hereof: whereby they are likewise required, in his
Majesty's Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case
made, forthwith to receive the said Margaret
Williams

into their said parish and provide for her
as their own Parishioner. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals the
25th Day of January in the Year of our
Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty three
