At the General Session of the peace of
our [..] Lord the King holden for the County
of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St John
Street in the County aforesaid by Adjournmt.
on Saturday the Twenty Sixth Day of
February 1763. in the third year of the
Reign of King George the 3d.

Whereas Henry Ferrebee< no role > exhibited his Peti-
tion to the Court at this present Session holden here
yesterday thereby praying to be discharged from
his Apprenticehood to John Pickering< no role > his Master
and that part of the Consideration Money mentioned
in the Indenture may be restored and refunded And
the said Court made an Order in Consideration of the
Particular Circumstance of the petitioner's Case
that the said John Pickering< no role > should attend this Court
at Hicks Hall aforesaid on this present Saturdayto
shew cause why the said petition should not be Al-
lowed But for as much as't is now alledged on behalf
of the said John Pickering< no role > that he is notyetready to
answer the matter of the said Petition by reason of
the shortness of Notice given him It is now Ordered
that the petition aforesaid and the matters therein con-
tainedbe and the same is hereby adjourneddo stand untill Friday
the Fourth day of March next at mine of the Clock in the
Morning And that the said John Pickering< no role > and all person
concerned do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid at the
Day & hour aforesaid to hear and abide the Judgmt. and determina-
tion of his Majesty's Justices in the premes
