on the Right Side of his head just about the Temple by
the force of which blow the sd. Hod was broke whereby
the said Hogan Received a Large Wound and this Jus
Pursued the said Sheppard who made his Escape from
him And this Just. Wm. Groom< no role > for himself saith that the Informa
of the other Just. Isaac Croydon< no role > being Read to him this Jus.
Saith that he was present at the aforesaid time and that
the whole of the sd. Information is true And this Jus. Venner
Hart cup
< no role > for himself saith: that on Tuesday was Sevenight
last one James Hogan< no role > was brought to St. Georges Hospital
as an Accident and upon Exam & thes and James Hogan< no role > 's head
this Jus found a Fracture of about Two Inches on the right
Side of the head of which Fracture nothing standing all
Possable Care the Said James Hogan< no role > . died on Saturday last
and this Jus further saith that he verily bell that the
Fracture was the Cause of his Death.
