the Peace for the sd County

Who being Sery on Oath say & first this Jus Geo Rixon< no role > for
himself saith that about afortnight ago he went out of Town &
left in his Room a Coat and when this Jus. returned he found the
Coat gone and about four Days after the return of the Jus. he
unsed out of his Room a Shirt And upon Inquiry this Jus. discoverd
that his Shirt was pawned with the other Jus Powel who produced
it to this Jus and this Jus also discovered his Coal which was
pawned by a person now Present who calls herself Mary
Cooksey< no role > who then called herself Steward< no role > as this Jus hath have
Informned And this Jus Margt Hodgson< no role > for herself saith that
above a Week ago she took into pawn of the sd. Cooksey by the
name of Steward a Coat which Coat was claimed by the Jus
Rixon and say'd to be stole from him And this Jus further
Saith that a Coat now produced by the sd. Rixon she verly
best. to be the Coat pledged by the sd. Cucksee with this Jus.
And the Jus. Thos. Powell< no role > for himself saith that on the first
day of april instantlasthe took into pawn as he bets [..] of
the sd. Cucksee by the Name of Mary Watters< no role > a Shirt, which
shirt he after delivered to the other Jus. and verly bets. that the
Shirt now produced by the sd. Rixon is the same he took into
pawn of the sd. Cucksee And this Jus Geo Rixon< no role > for himself
saith that the sd. Coat & Shirt none produced by him is the
same that he reced from the others Jus and was as he
