That there had been no Words between the deced &
Farrell before Farrell had taken the Stick from him
& then Farrell bid the deced Go up to his Bed or out
of his HouseThat they collar'd such other & both full on
the Stairs but wch. was uppremont or undermont cannot
SayThat they both got up togr. & the Door being
open & they Strugling togr. got into the Streetto then
follow'd them with design to part them & found them
both in the Kennel togr. That Morgan Farrel< no role > was
uppermont & had one band in the Kennel & cried
out to the deced you Rascal let go yr. holdThis is
all he hath to say. being ask'd if he went for an Apothe-
-cary Said Mrs. Farrell desired him to Go & he went
to Mr. France who came but was not prsent when he
came & exaied the decedSays he was prsent at the
Middx hospital when Mr. Fielding exaied the deced
& heard the deced Say he laid his death to Morgan
Farrell

of the deced to next Exaied by Mr. Fielding on Oath
& then Gave the Acct. he now Gives & Says that the
deced declared that Morgan Farrell< no role > after he was
down in the Kennelsaidkick'd & Stamp'd on him

Ann< no role > the Wife of Jno. Conner< no role > at Sea That last
Saturday the deced's Wife ask'd the Witness to Go &
drink a pint of Beer at Farrellswent & had the Beer
That the deced went to take the Beer from them. That
he was quite drunk & very quarrelsome & always was
soSays she knows nothing of the quarrel with any body or
that the deced was beat by any bodyowns she was
awake all the while
