The Information of Saml Wilkinson< no role > Henry Gear< no role > & Jane Mills< no role > taken
before me one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the said County

Who being severally on Oath say & first this Infornt Samuel
Wilkinson
< no role > for himself saith that on Wednesday last this Just.
missed a Quantity of Lace of about Ten Yards & upwds and this Jus
suspecting a person now present who calls herself Eleanor
Middleditch
< no role > to have stole the same this Jus caused her to be
apprehended and she then confessed the taking the same and
said she had pawned it with the other Jus' Gear and afterward sold pass of it at the pawn
brokers to the other Jus. Mills And this Jus Henry Gear< no role > for
himself saith that on the Ninth of April he took into pawn
of the sd. Eleanor a Peice of Lace no produced by him and.
further saith that he took out of Pawn another peice of Lace
which she had pawned with this Jus and sold it to the other
Jus Mills And this Jus Jane Mills< no role > for herself saith that
she went with the sd. Middleditch to the other Jus Shop and
asked for a Peice of Lace now produced by this Jus and
this Jus bought the sd. Lace of the sd. Middleditch And
this Jus Sam Wilkinson< no role > for himself saith that the two
peices of Lace now produced by the other Jus. is his &
property and as he bels stole from him by the sd
