Who being on Oath says That a person now present who ordered

came to this Just. house on Sunday
last about two o'Clock on Horseback. Says that he left his
Horse at this Informants' House told him he was the 2d
Son
of Sir

asked Informt: to lend him some Cash
Says he did lend him Six Guineas that the said Thos. Glynn< no role >
did then publish a Bill of Exchange for £250. drawn by James
Blake< no role >
on Sir
Richd. Heare< no role >
Banker
as true Says he has since
inquired and finds the said Bill to be false forged and counter feiled
and this Informant believes that the Person now present who
calls himself Simon Push< no role >
and who at the published the said
