Middlesex To wit

The Information of George Litton< no role > Servant
to Mr. Bullcock of Theobalds Row Taken
before me this 28th.. day of April 1761.

Who being on Oath says that on Wednesday the 8th.. of April
Instant three Persons came to his said Masters House
in Order to Hire two Horses about four o'Clock in the Afternoon
says that one of the said Persons called himself Wayne
whom this Informt. knew, says that he lett them two Horses
virzr. one large Roan Horse, with a Cutt Tail, the other a dark
brown Horse with a Cutt Tail, says that two of the said Persons
vizr. Wayne Mounted the said two Horses about five the same
Evening and returned about 12 o'Clock, when the said Horses
where Hott & Dirty & appeared to have Swet much
