Gentleman taken before me this 9th. Day of April 1761.

Ann Poulter< no role > being upon Oath, Says that there was feloniously taken and Carryed
away out of this Informants Lodgings at Mr. Bragier's in the Haymarkett the
[..] One Silver Pint Mugg, one Silver Salver, two Silver Salts, one Silver Soap Spoon,
one Silver Pop Spoon, one Silver Butter Boat, one Silver Pepper Box, Two Silver
Table Spoons, and one Punch Ladell by a Person now present who calls
himself Samuel Ward< no role > upon his own Consession,

Elizabeth Gillender< no role > being upon Oath Says, that last Monday about Nine
o' Clock at Night as she was in Mrs. Poulter's Lodgings she Saw a
Person now present who calls himself Samuel Ward< no role > force open a Clossett
Door in the said Lodgings and take from thence one Silver Pint Mugg,
one Silver Salver, two Silver Salts, one Silver [..] Soap Spoon one Silver
Butter Boat, Two Silver Salts, and Some other Plate
