These are to certify that at the General Sessions of the Peace Holden
at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in and for the County of Middx
on Monday the fourth day of September instant Mary< no role > the Wife of
Richard Moor< no role > otherwise called Mary< no role > the Wife of Serjeant Howlet< no role >
Mary Everett< no role > Widow Jane the Wife of William Rowland< no role > and thee
Said Serjeant Howlet were and Stand Indicted of Felony that is to
say the said Mary Moor< no role > otherwise Howlet for Feloniously Stealing
in the Dwelling House of William Dormer< no role > at the Parish of St.
James within the Liberty of Westminster in the Said County of Middx
divers goods and Chattells of the Said William to the value of
three Pounds twelve shillings and upwards and the said Mary Everet< no role >
Jane Rowland< no role > and Serjeant Howlet for feloniously receiving
parcel of the Goods and Chattells so as aforesaid stolen Knowing
the same to have been stolen Upon which Indictment the Said
Defendants have not nor any one of them hath been arraigued
or taken their or any of their Trials thereupon Dated this
twelfth day of September 1749
