divers goods and Chattells of the Said William to the value of
three Pounds twelve shillings and upwards and the said

and Serjeant Howlet for feloniously receiving
parcel of the Goods and Chattells so as aforesaid stolen Knowing
the same to have been stolen Upon which Indictment the Said
Defendants have not nor any one of them hath been arraigued
or taken their or any of their Trials thereupon Dated this
