in Law) formerly of Ratcliff
in the County of Middlesex
all day on
Thursday the thirty first day of August last and Some part of
[..] Friday last the First day of September when this Deponent
left him And this Deponent Saith that the Said Waler
Crotty was then Very dangerously ill of a Violent Fever

at East Cowes
in the Isle of Wight and County of Southton
in somuch that he was not able to sit up or be taken out
of his Bed other than whilst it is making And this Deponent
Saith he
is attwas at the time aforesaid attended by W

twice a day And that he the Said
Walter Crotty is not able by reason of the Said illness to
attend at this Session of the peace held at Hicks Hall
for the
County of Middlesex
or at Justices hall in the Old Baily
without great unique and danger of his life
