The Information of Daniel Wyburn< no role > Servant
to Mr Wm. Tew< no role > of South barrow in Kent
Soap Maker, taken before me this 6th. day
of June 1749

Who being upon Oath Says that his Master Mr.Tew Ordered
this Informt. to take Twelve Barrells of Crown Soap from South
barrow in the County of Kent to a Soap Stop in Rose Street
near Newgate Markett , Says that he accordingly carryed it on
Saturday last [..] to the Corner of Rose Street in
Newgate Street where the Bay Stood belonging to the Soap Stop
and asked the Boy where her Master was upon which the Boy
went and fetshed his Master Says that thereupon Mr.Lee came
with the said Bay and this Informat. was going to [..] the said
waggon at the usual place morden to Inload it out Mr. Lee Ordered this Informt. to
Drive his waggan about ten or a Dozen Yards further telling
him the Shop was in a Litter and desired this Informt. to pitch
it there, Says that it was accordingly pitched at that place, at
the request of Mr.Lee And this Informt. further says that he
delivered the said twelve Barrells of Soap to two Parters whom Mr.
Lee brought with him which they afterwards pitched upon the
ground near the place where the waggan Stood
