the Churchwarden and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
Le Bone in the County of Middlesex and to
each and every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us, Two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City
and Liberty aforesaid (One whereof
being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. James , That
George Outing. Hannah< no role > his wife and their Child
to wit George< no role > aged 4 Years have
lately intruded and come into the said Parish of St. James ,
and are likely to become Chargeable to the same. We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premisses upon
Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be
true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settle-
ment s of the said George Outing< no role > -wife and said Child to
be in the Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone aforesaid

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to require
you on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said
George Outing< no role > his said wife and Child
from and out of your said Parish of St. James , to the said
Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone
and them deliver unto the Churchwarden and Over-
seer of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are here-
by required to receive and provide for them according to
Law. Given under our Hands and Seals this 21st Day
