of the Peace for the County of Middlesex at their
General [..] Sessions of the Peace at Hicks's hall in [..]
St. John Street in and for the said County assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church Warden & Overseers of
th Poor of the Liberty of Saffron hill
Hatton Garden & Ely Rents in the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the hands & Seals of Daniel Gach & James
Trader
< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex aforesaid (one of whom
is of the the Quorum for the said County) bearing date the 4th. day of February
instant Thomas Whitmell< no role > Martha Whitmell< no role > his wife
and their two Children, to wit, Sarah< no role > aged thirteen Years
and upwards and Martha< no role > aged eleven years and
upwards were removed from the Parish of Saint Mar [..]
in the Feilds in the said County to the said Liberty of Saffron-hill Hatton
Garden & Ely Rents as the place of their last legal
Settlemt.

That your Petitioners conceiving
themselves agreived by the said
Warrant of the said two Justices
DOE therefore Appeal to your
Worships therefrom and humbly
pray that you will be pleased to hear
them in the Premes and order that
the Church Wardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. Martin in
the Feilds in the said County may
appear before you at a Certain day
to be appointed to bear & abide the
Judgment & Determination of your
Worships' touching this Appeale

And yor. Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
