At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks's Hall in Saint John's Street
in the County aforesaidon Mby Adjournment on Monday the Twenty Second
Day of February in the Twenty first year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court at the request of the Appellants mentioned in the
within Written Appeal that the benefit of the said Appeal be Saved unto them
and that the hearing and determining thereof be and the Same is hereby
Adjourned until the next General Session of the peace to be holden for this
County And that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in the said County (upon
Notice of the said Appeal and of this Order) and all persons concerned
do attend the Court of the said next General Session of the peace to be holden
for the said County by Adhournment on Thursday the Twenty fifth day
of Februarynext atinstant at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear
and abide the Judgement and determination of the same Court touching
the said Appeal
