To the Rt. Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St Margaret Westminster in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the Hands
and Seals of James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. & Daniel Gach< no role > Esqrs. two of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster bearing Date the
28th. day of January 1747. Mary Absworthy< no role > Widow was Removed from the
Parish of St Martin in the Feilds in the Liberty of Westminster to the Parish
of St Margaret Westmr: aforesaid as the place of her Last Legal Settlement
Whereby Your Petitioners think themselves aggreived & Appeal to this
Court against the James

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly Pray this Court will please,
to appoint a time for hearing and Determining the said Appeal
& that all Persons Concerned may then Attend.

And Your Petitrs Shall ever Pray Etc.

At the Genll Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the 22d day
of [..] February in the 21st. Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St [..] Martin in the Feilds in the Liberty of Westmr : in this County have Notice of this Appeal And
that they and all Persons Concerned Do Attend this Court on Thursdaynext at ten
the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of this Court touching
the said Appeal.
