To the Rt. Worshipfull his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
in General Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Christ Church in the Said County

Sheweth

That by a Warrt or ordr. Dated the Twenty Fourth day of Febry one thousand
seven hundred & thirty six under the hands and Seals of Nathaniel Chandler< no role >
and Anthony Wroth< no role > Esqrs. Two of his Maties Justices of this peace for the Said
County (one being of the Quorum) Francis Eleanor< no role > was removed from the
Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the said County to the parish of Christ
Church aforesaid As the place of his last legal Settlement

That Yor Petrs. conceive themselves Aggreived by the said Warrt or ordr
of the said two Justices and humbly appeal to this Court against the Same

Your Petrs therefore humbly pray that yo
will be pleased to Save to them the Benefit
of the said appeal and that the hearing and
Determining thereof may be adjorned in
the next General Sessions of this peace to
holden for the said County of Middx and that
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd
Parish of St. Leond Shoreditch and all persons
Concerned may be ordered to attend the Cour
of the said next General Session of the peace
to be holden for the said County of Middx
hear & abide the Judgment and Determinacon
of this Court touching the sd. appeal and
yor Petr may have such further releif
the premes as to Justice & Law doth
appertain
