To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex at their General Quarter Session of
the peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Church warden and Overseers of the poor of the
Hamlet of Bethnal Green in the said County of
Middlesex -

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of
John Ludbey< no role > and Oliver Lambart< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex (one being of
the Quorum) bearing date the 28th. day of February last past
Sarah Johnson< no role > Widow of William Johnson< no role > was removed
from his parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster
in the said County to the said Hamlet of Bethnal Green as
the place of her last legall Settlement

By which said Warrant or order of the said
two Justices of the peace your Petitioners
conceive themselves Aggrieved and humbly
appeale to this Court against the same
Praying such relief in the premisses att to
this Court shall seem meet.

And Yor. Peticoners shall Ever pray
