To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of
the peace for the County of Middlx in Generall Quarter
Sessions assembled

The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Overseers of the poor of the precinct of
Saint Catherines in the County of Midlx

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order of removall Dated the 26th.
day of February last under the hands and Seals of
Ant. Wroth< no role > and Thomas Robe< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majties
Justices of the peace for the said County (one being of the
Quorum) Elizabeth< no role > the wife of John Halse< no role > , Mary< no role > aged
about Five Years and Elizabeth< no role > aged about two Years
their Lawfull Children , was removed from the parish
of Saint Luke in the said County To the Precinct of-
Saint Catherines in the sd. County as the place of their last
Legall Settlement

That your Peticoners find themselves agreived by the
Warrt. or Order of the sd. Two Justices and Humbly
Appeals against the same

Your Peticners therefore Humbly [..] Pray you would be pleased to
Order the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Said Luke
and all other persons Concerned to Attend this Court Some Day this Prsent
Sessions to hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of this
Court touching the premises, And that your Peticoners may have Such releife
therein as to Justices and Low Doth Appertain

And your Peticoners shall ever pray Etc.
