To the Right Worshipfull his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church-
wardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St.
Botolph without Bishop gate London

Sheweth

That by Vertue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Tho: Exelbee< no role > Esqr. and-
Ri: Farmer< no role > Esqr. two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County of Middlesex One whereof
being of the Quorum bearing Date the 9th. Day of April
in the Year of our Lord 1737 Thomas Cooper< no role > was
Passed from the Hamlett of Bethanll Green in the
County of Middlesex To the Parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopgate London aforesaid Alledging the
last Legal Place of Settlement of the said Thomas-
Cooper
< no role > to be there And your Petitioners conceiving
themselves Agreived by the said Order and Judgement
of the said two Justices Do Humbly Appeal therefrom
And Humbly pray your Wroshipps would Appoint-

Some Day the Present General Quarter Sessions
of the Peace to be held for the said County to-
hear this Appeal and that your Worshipps
will make an Order that the Churchwarden-
and Overseers of the Poor of the Said Hamlett
of Bethnall-Green and all partys Concerned-
in and about the premisses may then Attend
Hear and Abide the Final Determination of
Your Worshipps
