To the Rt. Worspl. his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middx at their General Qr. Sessions Assembled

The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. George in the said County of Middx

Sheweth


That by a Pass warrant or Order under the hands and Seales of Thomas
Jones
< no role > and William Cross< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
of the said County of Middx (One being of the Quorum) bearing date
the 22d day of February 1736 William Robinson< no role > an Infant about
the Age of two years was removed from the Parish of St Paul Shade [..]
in the Said County to the Parish of St. George abovesaid as the place
of his Last Legal Settlement

That your Petr think themselves aggrieved by the Order & Judgment
of the said two Justices and humbly appeal to the Court against the Saml.

Therefore humbly pray your Worsps will be pleasd
to Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. Paul Shadwell may attend
this Court Some day this present General Quarter
Sessions to hear and abide the final determinacon of
this Court touching the Said Appeale

And Yr. Petrs shall ever pray Etc
