of the said County of Middx (One being of the Quorum) bearing date

the Age of two years was removed from the Parish of St Paul Shade

in the Said County to the Parish of St. George
abovesaid as the place
of his Last Legal Settlement
That your Petr think themselves aggrieved by the Order & Judgment
of the said two Justices and humbly appeal to the Court against the Saml.
Therefore humbly pray your Worsps will be pleasd
to Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. Paul Shadwell
may attend
this Court Some day this present General Quarter
Sessions to hear and abide the final determinacon of
this Court touching the Said Appeale
