Sessions at Hick's Hall in the said
County

The Humble petiticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Pish of St. paul Covt. Garden in the
County aforesaid

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrt. or Order under
the Hands and Seals of John Milner< no role > and Tho: Dummer< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County
of Middx (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Thirteenth day of January last Susannah Chapman< no role >
aged abt. Thirteen years was removed from the Pish of St.
Giles in the Fields in the County of Middx to the said Pish of St.
Paul Covt. Garden as the place of her last legal Settlemt.
whereby your petitioners think themselves agrieved,-
and appeal to this Court against same,

Your Petitioner's therefore Humbly
prays this Court will please to appoint
a time for hearing the sd. appeal & that
all persons concerned may attend at
the same time
