Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the Hamlets of Hammersmith in the
Said County

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands & Seales
of Henry Barker< no role > & John Tarver< no role > Esqrs. of his Maties
Justices of the Peace for the Said County (where of one is
of the Quorum) bearing date the thirteenth day of February last past Elizabeth Bullock< no role > late wife of Thomas
Bullock< no role > Deceased with her Son Thomas Bullock< no role > aged
about Seven years were removed from & out of the
parish of Cheswick in the Said County to the said
Hamlett of Hammersmith as the place of their
last legal Settlement

Aggrieved by the aforesaid Order of the Said two
Justices Appeale to this Court against
the Sames humbly pray Yor Worps will
be pleased to appoint a time for hearing and
Determining the Same
