At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of
Our Sovereign Lord the King held for the County of Middlesex at
Hickshall in St John Street in the Said County by Adjournment on
[..] Tuesday the fourth Day of May in the Ninth year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace
of God of Great Britain France & Ireland King Defender of
the Faith.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church wardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Kensington in this County have Notice
of this Petition & Appeal and that they and all Persons
Concerned Do Attend this Court on SaturdayMorning
next at Ten of the Clock To hear and abide the Judgemt. and
Determination of this Court touching the Said Appeal
