WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us, Two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the saidCounty (whereof
one is of theQuorum) by theChurchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Mary White Chappell in the County aforesaid
That Sarah Sutton< no role > (Widow and Relict of
Richard Sutton< no role > ) together wth. Sarah< no role > their Daur
Aged Five Years and Ten Months, Richard< no role > their
Son Aged Four Years and Eleanor< no role > their Dane
Aged Eighteen Months ye Lawfull Issue of the said
Richard and Sarah are
latelycome into ye said parish Endeavouring to Settle
thereincontrary to Law, And thatthey are
likely to be Chargeable to the saidParishWee the
said Justices upon Examination of the Premises and ofthe said
Sarah Sutton Widowupon Oath do Adjudge
the same to be true, And that the last place of the Legal Settlement
of the saidSarah Sutton and her sd Three
Childrenis in theParish of Hendon
aforesaid

THESE are therefore in his Majesties Name
to Command you on sight hereof to remove and convey the said
Sarah Sutton and her Three Children
from and out of the saidParish of St [..]
White Chappell to the saidParish of
Hendon and deliverThemto the
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there or to one of
them who are hereby required to receive and provide forthem
according to Law. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals the
Secondday ofMarch in the
Year of our Lord 1735
