The Humble Petition & Appeal of The Church Wardens & Overseers of
The poor of the Parish of Christ Church in the said County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Vertue of an order pass warrant under the hands and seals
of Ralph Harwood< no role > & Nath Chandler< no role > Esqrs Tu [..] of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County
of Middlesex (one being of The Quorum) bearing Date the 24 day of
March Last Elizabeth Johnson< no role > singlewoman was Passed from ye
Hamlet of Bethnal Green in the said County to the said Parish
of Christ Church as the Place of her Last Legall Settlement
& the said Elizabeth Johnson< no role > is Delivered of a Male Bastard
Child in the Workhouse of Christ Church aforesaid aged one Month
and Baptired by the Name of William< no role >

Wherefore Your Petitioners humbly Conceive Them-
Selves aggrived by the Said Order or Pass Warrant
and Judgment of the Said Two Justices Therefore
humbly Appeale to this Court for Reliefe in the
Premisses and Pray a Day for the hearing and
Determining the same

and your Petitioners
Shall Ever Pray Etc
