To the Right Worshiptull his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
[..] the Parish of Saint John of Wapping
in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant on Order under
the Hands and Seals of Two of his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the Said County of Middlesex (whereof One
is of the Quorum) bearing date the Eleventh day of
February One Thousand Seven Hundred and thirty five
James Willson< no role > and Ellinor< no role > his wife and their Four Children
Martha< no role > aged about Seven years James< no role > aged about Six
years Samuel< no role > aged about Three years and Mary
William
< no role > aged about Seventeen Months were Removed
from the Hamlet of Ratcliff in this County to the said
Parish of Saint John of Wapping as the place of their
last legall Settlement

That your Petitioners Conceive themselves Aggrieved

Court against the Same

And pray that your Worships will be
pleased to Appoint a day this present
Sessions that all Parties may Attend
to hear and Abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court for and
touching the said Appeal
