To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and General Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James
within the Libty of Westmr. in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seals of the Rt. Honble. the Lord Carpenter and Richard
Whitworth
< no role > Esqr. two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
Liberty of Westminster bearing date the 28th. Day of February
1735 John Barnet< no role > Ruth< no role > his wife And Elizabeth< no role > aged Seven
years and Mary< no role > aged two years their Children were removed from
the Parish of St George Hanover Square in the Liberty of
Westminster to the Said Parish of St. James as the place of their
last legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioners thinks themselves
Aggrieved

And therefore humbly Prays that
this Court will be Pleased to Appoint
a time for Hearing and Determining
the said Appeal and that all
persons Concerned may then attend

And your Petitioners Shall ever pray Etc
