To the Rt; Worshippfull his Maties Justices of the
peace in Quarter Sessions assembled

Wee whose names are here unto subscribed Two of his maties Justices of the
peace for the sd: County (one whereof is of the Quorum) & both resideing within
the Tower Division in the said County Do hereby Certifie that in pursuanse of
an Act of Parliament made in the second year of 4s: resign of of their Late Maties King William
Queen mary Intituted an act for paveing & Cleaning the Streets in the
Cities of London & westminster & suburbs & Liberty's thereof & out parishes in the County
of Middlesex & in the Borough of southwark & other parishes within the Weekly
Bills of Mortality in the County of Surry . Wee have Lately viewed & suspected a
Publish Street called Thomas Street , bading from Hare street to Brich Law
in the Hamlet of Bethual Green in the said County & Division & do find that
he same hath never been paved ath: built on both sides thereof to the End of Oakey
street on hte North side of the Thomas street the porall Dimensions of which
are as follows (that is to say that a [..] parish said street in
Length fifteen feet & in breadth nine Foot [..] in the [..] occupaton of
William Berry< no role > (a part of) ye: north side of which said Street is in length fifteen foot
& in breadth nine foot now in the tenure or occupaton of a brain way; apart of
