To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
peace in their Generall Quarter Sessions of the
peace at Hicks Hall Assembled

This is to Certifie that Whereas one Ann
Manton
< no role > was brought to bed on them in the ninth day of
May last in our parish of saint Andrew
Holborn above the barrs of a fomale baslard child
since basstized Sarah< no role > [..] child
And whereas one Thomas Collett< no role > was by the
said Ann Manton upon oath before two of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for this County
adjudged to be Father of the said bastard child &
a warrant was issued against the said Thomas
Collett
< no role > & he was brought by virtue thereof
before one or more of his Majestys Justices of the peace for
this County & there entered into a Recognizance
to answer the Complaint of our parish for the
cause aforesaid Now the said Thomas Collett< no role >
by John Winter< no role > one of his Baile having
fully satified the costs charges attending the
birth & maintaining the same Wee humbly
desire his Recognizance may be discharged Dated
the 26th: day of April 1734
