Upon hearing of the appeale of the Church wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. George
Bloomsbury in this County against an Order under
the hands & Seales of Richard Manley< no role > & Thomas
Jones
< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties Justices of the peace for
the said County (Quor [..] Unus) bearing date the
fifteenth day of July last whereby Elizabeth wadley< no role >
the Widdow of John Wadley< no role > deced and her
three children (Vizt.) Elizabeth Wadley< no role > aged
eleven yeares, George< no role > aged Six yeares & william
Wadley
< no role > aged one month were conveyed from the
parish of St. George in this County to the sd. parish
of St. George Bloomsbury as the place of the last
legall Settlement of the said John Wadley< no role > and as
the place of the settlement of the sd. Elizabeth Wadley< no role >
& her said three children in right of her sd. late
husband, And upon hearing of what was alledged
by Councell for the Church wardens & Overseers of
the poor of the said parish of St. George and alsoe
by Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poor of the said parish of St. George Bloomsbury
This Court doth disallow of the said appeale And
doth ratify & confirm the aforesaid Order of the sd
two Justices of the peace, and the same is hereby
ratifyed & confirmed accordingly.
