Upon hearing of the appeale of the Church wardns
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Clement
Danes in this County against an Order under
the hands & Seales of Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > and
Nathaniel Boothe< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices

of the peace for this County (Quorum Unus)
bearing date the eighteenth day of August one
thousand seven hundred & thirty two whereby
Catherine Dukewitts< no role > and their [..] William
wife of Clause Dukewitts< no role > and their son William< no role >
aged about four yeares were removed from the
parish of St. Andrew Holborn above the Barrs in
this County to the Said parish of St. Clement
Danes as the place of the last legal settlement

of the said Catherine Dukewitts< no role > & her said son
William And Upon hearing of what was
alledged by Councell for the Church warden &
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St.
Andrew Holborne above the Barrs and alsoe by
Councell for the Church wardens & Overseers of
the poor of the said parish of St. Clement
Danes This Court doth allow of the Sd. appeale
And doth Vacate & discharge the aforesaid Order
