It is Ordered by this Court that the respective petty
Constables & Herd [..] of the several Parishes, hamlets & places within
Kensington Division in this County doe give immediate
notice to the several Ale house Keepers & Retlers of
brandy & other distilled liquors within their respective parishes [..] [..] & places that they personally
attend his Maties Justices of the peace for this County
residing in Kensington Division [..] fb [..] san to be assembled at the
house called the Packhorse at Turnham Green within
the said Division on Friday the first day of september
next attennine of the clock in the forenoontogether
with two Sureties,and produce their old licences, in order
to have new licences granted for the selling of beer, ale
brandy & other distilled liquors by retale for the yeare
ensueing asifthe said Justices shall think proper,
And that they [..] are then & the [..] enter into recognizance together
with two. Sureties for keeping good orders in their
respective houses, Andto prothe said petty Constables

of Head boroughs

are then & there to produce upon Oath a true list in
writing of all the Ale house keepers Jun keepers and
Retailers of brandy & other distilled liquors within their
respective Districts,
