To the Right Worpl. his Maties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx at their General Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The humble Peticon and Appeal of the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George in the Said
County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Virtue of W Pass warrant under the hands and Seals of
St. Charles Peers< no role > Knt . and Stephen Martin Leake< no role > Esqr . two of his Maties
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (Quor unus) bearing date
the 13th day of July 1732 Henry Wheler Jane< no role > his wife and their
Son named Henry Wheler< no role > aged about 19 years were Sent and
delivered by the Church warden and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlet
of Poplar and Blackwell to the Parish of St. George above said
as the place of their last Legal Settlement

That Your Petrs conceive themselves aggrieved by the
Said Pass warrant and Judgement of the said two Justices
and do most humbly Appeal to your Worsps there from

And humbly pray your Worsps. will be pleased
to hear them in the premisses and Appoint a day
in this present General Sessions for hearing
the Said Appeal And Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlet of Poplar
and Blackwell and all parties concerned may
then Appear and hear and abide the determinacon
of this Court touching the Said Appeal

And they Shall ever Pray Etc
