of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poore of the Hamlet of Milend old townes
in the parish of Stepney in the County
of Middx

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and
Seales of Samuell Tyssen< no role > and Henry Norris< no role > Esqrs Two
of his Majts. Justices of the peace for the said County
(Quor un) Henry Reynolds< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his wife were
removed out of the parish of St. John at Hackney in the
Said County to the said Hamlet of Milend old Town as
the place of their last Legal settlements By which
Order your Petrs. think themselves aggrevied and appeale
agt. the same

And humbly pray your
Worships will appoint a Day in this
present Sessions finally to hear
Determination Same
