Upon hearing of the appeale of the Church wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Giles in
the fields in this County against an Order Under
the hands & seales of Thomas Robe< no role > & William
Hayton< no role > Esqrs . two (of his Maties Justices of the peace
(Quorum Unus)be [..] for the County aforesaid bearing
date the fourth day of August instant whereby Flora
wilson< no role > daughter of David & Flora wilson was removed
from the Liberty of Saffron hill Hatton Garden & Ely
Rents in the Andrew Holborne in the said
County to the said parish of St. Giles in the fields as the
place oflast legal place of her settlement, And upon
hearing of what was alledged on behalfe of the
Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish
of St. Giles in the fields This Court by consent of William
Rogers< no role > & Caleb Selby< no role > Overseers of the poor of the said
Liberty of Saffron hill Hatton Garden & Ely Rents
Doth allow of the said appeale And doth vacate and
discharge the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of
the peace, And the same is hereby vacated & discharged
accordingly, And this Court doth Order that the Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. Giles in the fields
doe forthwith remove & convey the said Flora wilson
the daughter from their said parish to the Sd.parish of
Liberty of Saffron hill Hatton Garden & Ely Rents
